In this 2 day workshop, we start from personal core values and dreams and use story-telling to find the vital energy for the collective project. The advantage of this way of working is that, in contrast with the classic vision/mission processes, the result is much more organic, therefore it does not have to be ‘sold’ to employees because it connects with ‘what really matters’ to people. Since the employees are ‘touched’ by the process, they will naturally participate and start co-creating.
