When personal values correspond with the values of the organization, group cohesion and trust are created.
When the group action and behaviour is aligned with the group values and beliefs we talk about structural alignment, this leads to group integrity and resilience.
When finally the personal conduct is in line with the group action and behaviour we have mission alignment, and this leads to commitment.
When the four levels are aligned (personal, structural, mission & values) we talk about an internal-aligned organization. Such organizations create an optimum flow of energy and resources.
